Deck Description

Hey there this is my prototype Bant Walkers deck. It is built just post standard,or rather the idea was formed just after RtR. I need quite a bit of help with this entire thing. While I haven't had much of an issue with manna or the Walker count, it tends to be keeping myself alive. Please, feel entirely free to help me out with this!

Please, ALL WHO HAVE PLAYED NISSA LET ME KNOW HOW SHE PLAY'S OUT IN MATCHES!

How to Play

Assuming you have kept a hand with three to four mana and at the very least two low cost action cards.

Turn One, Scry land, either of the two that offer green mana are your best bet as getting your(my) CoK's out early.

Turn Two/Three, Posture. Two is a pretty dead, well entirely dead turn for you but my three you should have the mana to cast your CoK or Detention Sphere to stave off an attack. I have come to learn that my counter spells are better used around turn four or five.

Turn Four, this one is hard because it will change violently depending on the opponent. If you have no way of protecting your friends you should wipe and cast a friend when it feels safe. Kiora is a good option also as she can get you pretty far ahead on land and card draw(I feel like this is pretty explanatory). Jace and Ajani shouldnt be played into a threat.

Turn Five, Prophet or another walker, if you have lost leverage in the turn before your's Verdict. Five is pretty dead however much like two. (Sidebaord) Nissa may not play nicely with Elspeth but she is strong enough to warrant a thought.

Turn Six and On, Elspeth, if you clear here and then Nissa a few times with the saved counter spells you will easily over take the other player. Ajani, Kiora and Jace assuming you have been able to play them and keep them alive each offer aid to Elspeth.

Win!

Deck discussion for Bant Walkers!

Are you planning on updating this to standard, keeping it modern, or just trying to stay RTR standard legal?

Mostly modern, The prophet needed to be taken out but I simply missed her. Most of the cards that I have are shards(ironic right?) up to Theros.

Right now it is mainly standard, or rather was. It was y fist standard deck and its currently in limbo, I need more advice on a superfriends decks.
