First of all, I suggest having at least 22 land. Next, find the ideal win condition. Since this is black, I prefer hand of the praetors, but that's just me. Then build off of that ideal win. Also, because your creatures already have infect, triumph of the hordes isn't being put to good use, best to use overrun. Imo
