Cool deck! Definitely play Dungeon Geists instead of Call to the Kindred though. If you're going to pay 4 mana, you might as well be certain you're getting something cool. Also, that's a scary small amount of land to be playing when you have three 7-drops in your deck.

Dawntreader Elk is the one card that stands out to me as a bad fit for the deck. I would replace it with Honor of the Pure, Midnight Haunting, or Llanowar Elves if you really want more ramp.
The strategy of this deck is to keep the opponent on their back foot at all times. With 32 mana sources, 8 of which are ramp, most games will have a turn two Mirran Crusader or Lingering Souls. While they're trying to cope with that, turn three brings Hero of Bladehold or Angelic Destiny. Finally, on turn four you can cast and equip a sword. Between Lingering Souls, Mirran Crusader, and Birds of Paradise, you will almost always have an excellent target for a sword. In case you don't draw a ramp spell, you have an alternate explosive start via Champion of the Parish, which grows quickly between Honor of the Pure and the numerous Human spells. Two copies of Vault of the Archangel are included for extra reach, but only two to prevent mana screw. There are four Birds of Paradise and two black mana producing lands with which you can activate Lingering Souls and Vault of the Archangel. This deck's achilles heel is mass removal. Lingering Souls helps with a quick recovery, and Honor of the Pure helps against red and black mass removal. Thalia from the sideboard can also buy you a turn or two.
Pyroclasm is better than Zenith because the crusaders are pro red.
Nah, just for fun.
I would dump Jor Kadeen in favor of Hero of Bladehold. Hero also pumps your creatures (although not as much as Jor Kadeen), but also pumps out two additional creatures (which is more valuable), giving you the value of three or more cards in one if you get to attack at least once. I'm also not a big fan of Immolating Souleaters because if they get hit with removal after you have pumped them using phyrexian mana, then it's essentially a two-for-one for the opponent. Try Blade Splicer instead to get a two-for-one in your favor. While we're on the subject of two-for-ones, Fling also sets up your opponent to get a two-for-one in their favor if they counter it. Try a two-for-one in your favor (or at worst one-for-one if it is countered) such as Staggershock or Arc Trail.
No Grim Lavamancer? No Goblin Guide? No Lightning Bolt!?!?!?
You should use elves for some of your mana ramp to help clog up the board long enough to use your expensive cards. Either that or throw some walls in there. Even with your mana ramp, you risk losing the game long before you ever play a creature. I love the name of the deck BTW.
I listed the deck as W/B because it technically has black in it because Vault Skirge has phyrexian black in the mana cost. There is no need for producing black mana in this deck though since Vault Skirge will almost always be played by paying life.
I also agree with this. Seriously, if your deck can't handle playing against an infect deck, what made you think it was good enough to be taken seriously anyway? I can't tell you how many times my opponent on MTGO has rage quit the moment I drop a Phyrexian Crusader. The worst though are the people who don't concede, they just disconnect because they're too arrogant to actually lose the match when they don't want to play it.
Glistener Elf, Mutagenic Growth.
Where are Batterskull and Bonehoard? Both would be amazing in this deck.
I would drop the Fogs for Mutagenic Growths. I would also prefer Glistener Elf to Ichor Rats. Consider Vampire's Bite, Vines of Vastwood, and Virulent Swipe (hooray for V's!) as possible replacements for Giant Growth. If you're looking for Haste, Strider Harness is a good way to get cheap Haste into a non-red deck. A slightly more expensive ($ and mana) way to grant Haste, along with vigilance, first strike, trample, and +2/+0, is Sword of Vengeance. As long as we're talking about equipment, Piston Sledge is excellent for cheap infect decks.
Please make suggestions.
Just say no to Vector Asp. Replace him with Signal Pest or Inquisition of Kozilek, you'll be happy you did.
I would add Ratchet Bombs to combo with Glissa and clear the way for your infect creatures.
Thanks for the tip. I have made some changes based on play testing, most notable of which is the addition of Signal Pest. I have added Mana Leak to the sideboard for control matchups.
I would run 4 Basilisk Collars, 4 Cunning Sparkmages, 4 Prodigal Pyromancers. The Spitfires are an awesome match. I would probably dump several of the less important equipments like Exoskeleton and Blade of the Bloodchief. Add Molten-Tail Masticore or Inferno Titan for a finisher. I have also seen similar decks use Iron Myr to power out Koth on turn 3, but that's just an idea. You should drop 4 mountains and add 2 more Tarns and Flats to make Adventuring Gear even better.
I agree with everyone who is saying to ditch Tainted Strike. Virulent Swipe will always be a better card. Also, I would suggest finding a place for Corrupted Conscience. That card wins games like nothing else.
