Deck discussion for slivers

You might want to fine tune your lands/mana. Using my sliver deck (5 colors), I tend to notice that you can be mana tapped for the wrong ones you need. I'd suggest getting land that can be used for multiple colors or have your Gemhide's in the main deck (not sideboarded). Oh and if you're going to used the Sliver Overlord, don't forget to throw in an Amoeboid Changeling.

No, not a good idea. Slivers require a guarenteed mana base. Not a flimsy one. The best Slivers are Blue, and then White and Green. Your not playing the best Sliver, Crystalline Sliver and your trying to play the worst Slivers, the 5 color ones. The only honest to god playable Slivers are Crystalline Sliver, Hibernation Sliver, Muscle Sliver, Sinew Sliver, Winged Sliver, Harmonic Sliver, Victual Sliver, and Necrotic Sliver. Even then, they need spot removal and counter to keep them safe from mass removal or other creature hate. Aether Vial even takes the mana problem out of the whole solution because if you didnt notice, all the Slivers named cost 2 Mana besides Harmonic and Necrotic Sliver. I have a Counter Sliver deck listed right now on this site, I dont want to brag or anything, but the only competitive Sliver decks are the ones based on the one I play with only sligh variations based on the Metagame. To back that up, my deck is based on the Counter Sliver deck that one the Gencon Legacy Tournament in 2008. Take a look at it.
