So this amalgamation is the combination of two of my favorite draft decks I've ever played. In one draft with the first list I went 8-0 and closed out the draft and with the other one I went 6-2 for second place. I loved the games so much that I decided to put together a 60 card deck for modern that I would work on throughout the year as a pet project. I have hundreds of cards that I can use to update this list, but I played it tonight against two different Guildkit decks and beat them both in best of three matches. Obviously this is a ridiculous list with some strong meta themed win conditions, but it was incredibly fun and I'm going to enjoy turning it into a full fledged list for the next year.
This deck plays a lot like a draft deck, obviously, and it pushes aggressive creatures that have payoff abilities as mana sinks later in the game. It has a bit of draw power, but it suffers against board wipes so it helps to keep your creatures around if possible. There weren't any edict effects printed in RNA, so creatures being exiled may become a problem in meta matchups. Not to mention, this list doesn't win on turn 4 so it is strictly an expanded draft list. However, I believe that the list could easily be pushed to be a solid midrange competitor if it is given enough attention.
