This just seemed fun, a creatureless Temur list. I've thought about it before with Riku of Two Reflections, but I think Pako and Haldan are a little better in that Pako is a massive threat alone and Haldan turns the later parts of a game into a real nightmare for opponents. This list is about the stack and playing spells at your own pace, so make a lot of mana and copy some powerful spells.
I think for this list, patience is key. It is full of responses and removal spells, and a ton of interaction and setup cards. The only two things that should be done aggressively are ramp and attacking with Pako, but other than that it seems best to hold up mana if you're in a bad spot and gently play out low key permanents that double as threats for the list. Haldan is going to help out a ton when you have a dozen or so cards exiled with Pako, and keeping up ways to copy spells will probably tie up the win most of the time.
