The deck theme here is creative card drawing mechanics and some unique ways to combo out. The deck has a high emphasis on ramp due to how expensive the curve rounds out to be, so to make up for the expense and to ensure that you'll be able to cast multiple spells in a turn is a load of draw mechanisms and ramp spells. There are a couple of ways to flash in permanents and give creatures haste so they can maximize their effectiveness. In the sideboard area there are a few alternatives that could spice up the competitiveness of the deck, but I tried to round out the deck in a way that it implements some underused cards that I think should see more play in edh and at the same time there are several creative and reliable outlets that can abuse the themes of the deck. Also, as alternative commanders I'd like to suggest trying Tana and Kydele as partners because I really think they'd be fun to play with and may generate some new ideas for rebuilding the deck.
This deck is pretty mana intensive, so I recommend spending the first several turns focusing on supporting yourself and ignoring others unless you have a necessary answer and can cut a deal. This is a casual list meant for politics and operates on the premise of regulating the table and keeping a pretty full hand. You're not a hard control player, but you take care of yourself and your permanents with odd answers to spells and politics. The deck plays a couple of combos like Druids' Repository and Aggravated Assault for infinite combat, Basalt Monolith and Rings of Brighthearth for infinite mana, and Kessig Wolf Run with any mana generators to abuse a creature for its power. Deadeye Navigator and Duplicant are a pretty nasty removal pair, and Deadeye with Peregrine Drake is another infinite mana combo. The last piece I want to mention is Genesis Wave, because with any of the infinite mana combos it is a win condition. The rest you'll have to figure out for yourself, and remember this is casual even though it plays combo it is a slower deck that is meant for turns 5 through 8.
