If you're going for a mostly non-rare setup, it's not bad, but it definitely looks like it's trying to play a lot of defense in the form of gaining life. Forestwalk won't help if your opponent doesn't have forests and you're depending heavily on multiple copies of Perfects and Champions. If you really want those out, you need to consider Harbingers. Your Llanowar will provide extra mana, but all of your creatures can be out by turn 3. If you're staying on a budget, it may be difficult.

hey just some advice if you plan on not playing type 2 which i dont think you are, you need timberwatch elves, defiant elves, alpha status, and rancor. these are a must have in any elf deck, also since your playing the essense warden, for shure play the hivemaster, he rules
if you want to make your creatures basically have all type walk get some taunting elves in their. with tokens you can pwn. also some more things to add would be timberwatch elves, elvish branbenders and some Lys Alana Huntmasters would be good to add
This deck looks OK. it's not that great. you need to make some modifications, I've seen better elf decks.
