Plaguecrafter is a better version of Fleshbag and Executioner. All three are great at locking an opponent down. Strip Mine, Wasteland, and Exploration would make your land recursion potent. Any cards with retrace are great, Raven's Crime and Worm harvest are some of my favorites. Jarad's Orders looks solid for reanimation and value. Deadbridge chant is probably at it's best in this deck. What do you think of delve card's like Treasure Cruise and Dig Through Time?

27 lands is too few. I'd cut all the instants and sorceries besides Overrun and the ramp spells. Sol Ring is a must. Green Sun's Zenith and Genesis Wave are needed.
Chromatic Lantern, Command Tower, and Sol Ring are easy additions. All of the enchantments besides Dictate of Erebos seem poor. 44 lands is probably at least eight too many for this style of deck. Kindred Discovery, Bident of Thassa, and Herald's Horn would be great card advantage engines. Door of Destines and Coat of Arms to go big.
I like Lightning Bolt in the main deck. Have you considered Mana Leak or Kiln Fiend?
I would consider adding Sword of War and Peace, Howling Mine, some board sweepers, Notion Thief, and maybe an Insurrection. I don't like Arjun, Whispersilk Cloak, or Obelisk of Grixis.
I'm building this deck as a template for a friend, and I'm leaving in the large sideboard so that he has more options. The commander will most likely be Gisela, Blade of Goldnight.
Hanweir Militia Captain and Thalia, Guardian of Thraben could be good. I also like Anointer of Champions with Always Watching.
Why not use Vesuva instead of Thespian's Stage?

I'd cut Paradoxical Outcome for another Tormenting voice or a Cathartic Reunion.
I'm thinking either Kodama's Reach/Cultivate or Scouting Trek to go with Animist's Awakening.
Shouldn't cards like Aerial Predation and Deconstruct be in the sideboard? Essence Warden could be great cheap way to buy time and Overgrown Battlement would be insane mana ramp (while also being somewhat on theme).

I like it. It should work well with Sidar Kondo of Jamuraa.
Skysovereign, Consul Flagship would be a great plane for these slithering monsters.

Exactly, the Mastermind lets you bounce Stasis and untap. As long as you have three lands you can keep Stasis in play without having to worry about the upkeep costs. This slows the game down so that you can get value out of Ula's Temple.
The sideboard currently consists of potential cards I'm swapping in and out. The Gitrog Monster is my commander.
Needs more Fireblast/Shard Volley.
