Tolarian Academy is Restricted in Vintage and Banned in all other formats. But if you can get away with it in casual I guess that's cool. Why not run Counterspell instead of Cancel? Interesting deck overall. Maybe run 4 Faerie Conclave for Islands to give you some more options for damage late game. Mishra's Factory might be good as a mana dump if running Tolarian Academy.

Dude nice deck. Try running 4 Chronozoas in there some where. The have vanishing 3 but they comeback doubled. They are a great way to get those Krivikan Mist's on Up there quikly.
