Ugh more cheap win tactics. And with vampires their main thing is destruction. They do nothing else. I would save your high costing vampires in case you want to build an edh one which is quite obtainable seeing as you already have Awon. And you need a full playset of Vampire NIghthawk if you are running a vampire deck. It's just way too powerful for it's cost.

In my opinion I think this deck is a cheap way to instant win. I personally like to challenge and have my opponent stand an equal chance against me. Not something like "Oh if I have so many counters I win the game. And btw there are for of them." One of my friends plays edh with Karn and even he says that Karn is useless. And his artifact deck kicks major ass. I'd rather win because my deck was better and I outlasted my opponent. Not the cheap way.
He uses All is Dust on me. So, that ground is wiped even.
Love the first idea!!!! The second one is okay...but I love the first one!
I'm also not a pro player. I play with my friends at our College Cafeteria most of the time. And we just have fun. There is not a single one of us that uses a side board out of edh.
It's not a budget thing it's a good flyer and for a 3 drop it isn't too horrid.
You can easily kill off playsets with cards that say " you can't cast such and such card" and I've seen friends get screwed over royally for not having the diversity.
This one is more of a rush type of deck. I'm going to kill you and I'm going to do it fast.
1 drop Trump Block/ I can come out on turn 1 and attack and 20 lands isn't enough?
