I built this deck to work as a body in three-headed-dragon duels. It is designed to mesh well with another elf deck and a direct damage deck, due to the tribal nature and massive mana production. In principle it should work well as one on one deck as it is only a slight modification of my standard dueling deck, which is combo-based and has less elves, which has worked well. This is meant to be better balanced.
