Its kind of useless trying to disable commanders though exile as they can just put their commander back in their command zone.
You've got some nice ideas though.
40 land is the normal amount but its up to you in the end and try to norrow your deck list down to 100 cards.
Try looking at other peoples oloro decks to see what some good cards/combos they have.
