This deck was largely inspired by the RUG and BUG delver decks within legacy that survive off of very few resources. Scythe tiger is basically the quasi nimble mongoose of the deck.I had to choose between snapcaster and scythe tiger because those cards have a really terrible synergy because snapcaster becomes a lot worse when you have mana constraints, and in the end i ended up choosing scythe tiger because it's really difficult for a lot of decks to interact with.
Make sure to aggressively use your tectonic edges against your opponent once they hit 4 because it makes your mana leaks better against them and whatever you do try not to mana screw yourself with your own scythe tigers. If you have 4 scythe tigers in your starting hand, you mulligan, period! Try and cast your scythe tigers a little later if you can, generally it's to cast them on turn three, sacrificing the land you just played it with and then casting a two mana spell, although sometimes turn one scythe tiger can also be the correct play, much rarer though.
