Ehhhh, not enough creatures or permanent's on the field for devotion:)

Oddly enough, i feel like boomerang would not only fit the feel of this deck better than cyclonig rift but also would help out alot more. And on that note, I feel like an artifact that would benefit you greatly is isochron sceptor, since it would not only allow you to constantly get the double from ascension but also untap gelectrode(:
Just an idea though, I'm not quite sure I see the deck for exactly what it is since its a bit on the weirder side of things ;P

Honestly, I feel like isochron is holding you back here :/
Isochron should be used with alot of istants to ensure it gets its use, but u only play eight isntants so it should be replaced with maybe the mono whtie devotion god since you have quite a bit of devotion here(:

pretty amazing deck ya got there man, and maybe I suggest ancient den for some more arti lands??(: Also chimeric mass is a nice artifact that will always be able to become a creature for one mana and will get a +1+1 counter for each time you charge it, I would check it out? :D

Hey I can tell by the way you talk about phyrexian obliterator that you love him, so I propose that you use the card small pox rather than funeral charm for a nice little kick to ur opponents everything(:
It may hurt you as well, but hes gonna be in a lot worse place in the game then you, so itll be worth it in the end:D

Okay, first off, lets talk about the pro's of this deck:

Now lets go to the con's:
Youre mana curve is god awful. This deck shouldnt've been made. Honestly ask yourself when you buy this deck; Was it really worth 550 dollars? Like...was it really worth it? I mean, you really should ju;jrfdueewhrlukq0 GW EERER

Sorry, that was my gay try-hard #standard4lyfe fag brother, in reality this deck is pretty solid if you consider the fact that youre going to always hit the field with something, and the creatures are gonna be pretty scary when you can hit with everyone eventually XD
But, dryad arbor doesnt fit the theme so that hoes gotta go :p

Lets get some multi lands and lylev skyknights in this deck :D
Lylev skyknights a nice little aggresive flyer who detains something, and multi lands like hallowed fountain or glacial fortress give you a more diverse mana output betwwen white and blue(:
and if youre keeping it budget, then how about azorius guildgate :)

Is this your first deck??(:
Because if it is, I would recomend you look into dual color lands, which will allow your large variety of colors be easier to get the correct mana for. Also, omnicscience with the blue has to go XD
It just doesnt fit the feel of the deck, and probability is everything in magic(: You want your deck to be as strict and fine tuned as possible so that you get the best playset of cards every turn, and omniscience slows down the deck and throws off ur mana way too much(:

Also...well, im not quite sure with this deck, but maybe consider some control based planeswalkers like ajani to give you more like gain or get some token production in here to give you an early game blocker strategy(:

actually when i first started playing with my older brother, i made a lava axe deck when i was about 12 and beat him with three lava axes ^-^
lava axe has a special place in my heart <3

play a playset of manaweft and a playset of gemhide haha that would make this deck ridiculous especially with necrotic sliver

add 1 dark prophecy, take out eater of hope because ur creatures need to be saced for other things, and tak out blood baron and obzedat(:
dessecrtion demon is too good in any black deck XD
