True, if it relied only on just Glaze Fiend, but there is Salvage Titan aswell coupled with souls fire and lightning bolts.

splash green and run doubling season, check it.. and omg there is so much you could do to amp this up, I had a reactor deck back in mirrodin block, it was sick.. Love the idea :) ahh the memories

Just played FNM with this deck. Won 3/5. Placed 15th/24. Going to make a couple of tweaks, and give it a go again next week. Playing a kicked rite of rep with 3 excavators and 3 clerics already out is INSANE!!!

yeah, drop the pumas and the archers and put in the loremasters, might add a couple of spellbooks, or reliquary towers.

yeah, made this deck just as an annoyance, didnt put a whole lot of thought into it, i may give it some attention later and tweak it tho. the idea is, use the direct damage early to knock off their one and two drops, then after turn 3, start taking control of their creatures and attacking them with them, while using your dd spells to chip away their life.

Nice lookin deck man.. No Fetch Lands or Dual Lands? I mean other than Terramorphic? I would drop the raptors, add 1 turntimber ranger, add one shapeshifter and excavator, and add one loremaster. Would also sideboard naturalize..Just my 2 cents though :)

first game was good, opp had a white leveler deck with auras, he gained a bunch of life, but that didnt matter once i gave him the coil, he never seen it coming and the look on his face was priceless when i said you lose the game! Second game not good, horrible luck on draws, had to mulligan, and he had red deck wins, well, he won, lol. Third game got a freakin bye. fourth game got matched with my buddy, who had bad luck all night, he has a green deck with elvish pipers and the big eldrazi cards/all is dust, well he beat me, but if it had went back to my turn, i would have got him. Overall, its a fun deck when it works, but its weak. I'm building a WGU Ally deck for this week, gonna focus on mill/beatdown. I'll post it tomorrow. Thx for askin..

Thx man, added the Valakut, opted for 4, dont favor the Shortcutters but added Heat Ray, and already have lightning bolts, added ball lightning as well. As far as the Hedron Purists and Guardian Seraphs, well, Heat Ray will fix them :)

I would put a keening stone or two in there :) and definately 4 hedron crabs, prolly should splash black as said earlier in this post. I'm currently working on a Blue/Black Std deck. I have a Mono Black Std Discard posted, which it still needs work, but its pretty good sofar :)

Well, I thought about Nirkana, and the Eldrazi cards, but they are too expensive. And judging from the speed of the decks at the tournament last week, I cant afford hi cast cost stuff. I made several changes to the deck though, take a look and let me know what you think. Thx! :)

Ya know, I suppose I'm blind, you have the Specter's in there, lol, if you are only running 4 total, why not just go with 4x Hypnotic, costs less :) How about some Thrull's? sac for tgt plyr dc 3x cards :)

Maybe toss in a couple of the Specters? Hypnotic & Guul Draz. 4 Nihil Stone, but only 2 Ascensions? I would switch those. Needs a couple of Tutors to help get Liliana out :) (She's awesome!)

Hey Prukle, thx for the advice. Think I'm gonna build a Blue/Black DC/Mill deck later on. Gonna stay mono black with this one, also keepin it Std legal. Any advice on this Mono Black Std, or on the Blue/Black DC/Mill is greatly appreciated! and yes, hymn is fantastic, but not in Std :( Does anyone know of any way to get black mana in Std faster? I mean Cabal Coffers and Dark Rituals are a nogo in Std, so what other options are there if any?
