If you dont mind me asking, whats your win condition? The only thing i can think of is phychic spiral and that doesnt seem to efficent. I also might considder epic experiment in my izzet instant sorcery deck, you should check it out if you have a minute.

It's a burn deck. Epic Experiment goes through the deck and casts a bunch of cards and you keep hitting your opponent with damage spells. Psychic Spiral is in there just in case you go through most of your burn cards on creatures or if they gain life.
