Play soft control until you can sneak in 10 poison with an Inkmoth Nexus. The two ways to do this are to pump inkmoth to a 5/5 twice with Tezzeret or to get at least 1 infect on your opponent, play Tangle Wire, and then proliferate with Contagion Clasp. You will keep tapping down your opponent while simultaneously adding to the poison on them.You can also win by just turning random artifacts into 5/5s with Tezz and beating down your opponent.
