Deck Description

I placed 1st place with it at my local FNM last week. I went undefeated, except for the match I went 1-1-1 for a tie. The other 3 matches I won by turn 3-5 and went 2-0 those 3 games.

This deck runs very smooth, contagion clasps were taken out of the original idea because after playtesting about 20 games, they were pretty useless due to 4 mana for a proliferate was too expensive for a deck like this, thrumming bird does the trick when they have nothing on the board due to mana leak + condemn + necropede chump blocking.

Deck discussion for U/W Infect + Proliferate STANDARD

I'd definately consider Viral Drake or contagine clasp.

Would you take a look at my Standard Turn 1 WIN: http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=197340

Like I said in the description, I had contagion clasps in here, but I am almost ALWAYS winning by turn 4-5, I dont need a 4 mana proliferate for 1 poison counter. Its too slow. Ive played 20 games with contagion clasp in here, and it was usefull 1 time vs U/W control. Thats it. As soon as you equip a sword to blighted agent, its game over, turn 1, 2, 3, (opponent has 3 poison and you have sword on table, not including your thrumming bird proliferates) turn 4 blighted agent with sword for the kill. or if u didnt have your birds, its a turn 5 win. with the mana leaks and so on in here, you will reach turn 5.

BTW, that deck link is pretty funny. Looks like a fun deck for casual play to see your friends go AAWWEEE WTH! 1 game out of 30 :D

Oh and also, the sideboard is to change the deck to cawblade game 2 if you need too. Take out all of your infect cards, and swap them for the entire sideboard, they wont EVER expect that! lol
