Updated version of my old Mardu Synthesizer deck found here: https://www.mtgvault.com/gr33dy/decks/mardu-synthesizer-pauper/
I am still working out some card choices, but I think the deck is solid so far. Some of the big changes from the last build was I finally got some Dust to Dust! I also removed the Chainer's Edict's because the format is very wide at the moment.

I think the lack of Refurbished Familiar is a crime xD As much as I abhor playing against that card. It's too good in a deck like this as it both acts as an evasive flyer to go along with your other evasive flyers, but also combos with them and is another in a long, long, long list of 2-for-1s in the deck. All that said, it would likely require a lot of card changes, more artifact lands, and weaker synergies for Rebirth and Dispute and thus also lower copies of these immensely powerful cards.

It's just not the deck for Refurbished Familiar. The numbers are not final by any means for the cards I have listed. I have tested other artifacts and might even change the numbers to have more Candy Trail because it's so good. Navigator's compass is on the short list of easy to cut cards, but I love hosing burn main deck xD
I am going to test This:-1 Navigator's Compass-1 Rebirth-1 Deadly Dispute+ 3 Refurbished Familiar
I think a heavier lean into artifact lands, furnace, den, vault, would maybe be required. In truth I think Mardu is one of the most fun puzzles currently playable in pauper. You can go ephemerate, initiative, wildfire, blood fountain, Orzhov blade + blast & synth, etc. Good luck brewing!
