Can't claim the deck is mine (1 change from the GerryT article, link in the description) but as he says it closes out the game and stops your opponent having the number of draw steps! If you have a spare minute, take a read of this article, its a really well written article: http://www.starcitygames.com/article/29047_Daily-Digest-Barely-Modern.html
Keep opposing creatures off the board with burn and removal, then close out the game with your bombs (Brimaz is particularly fun!)

I don't see why everyone uses Think Twice. I really don't.

The flashback gives you something to do late game with all that mana
But you'll end up paying 5 Mana in total, where as if you used something like Divination, it would only cost 3.
its 2 cards at the same time at sorcery speed
I don't really think that makes Think Twice so much better though.
it doesnt make it so much better, but it makes it better
The instant speed allows you to keep mana open for potential counterspells or other instants. The fact that it gives you more options instead of tapping you out like divination makes it a better spell. However, this is only true if you'll be casting spells on your opponents turn. If your deck is chock full of a bunch of sorcery speed stuff then by all means use divination.
i love brimaz in modern, he is hard to get rid of. what do you think of cutting storm breath dragons, and adding in 2 kikki-jikki, 1 resto angel. maybe time for some treasure cruise in here
This was pre khans so cruise can now be added, as much as I love Kiki combo, I'd prefer it in a dedicated deck plus triple red
thats true. it would just have a suprise factor. splinter twin is at least a little less mana intensive
