I made a mardu version of this by just putting in some rabbles, war-name aspirants, and some mardu ascendancy. It isn't really budget anymore but it sits around $40 so not terribly expensive

Add in some ordeal of heliod and less thassa to deal with burns. Some aqueous form could work well too. Heliod's pilgrim could help you as well. Also seeker of the way is a badass
