Can anyone please explain what xx on a creature cost means. I know what x is, just not xx.

XX means you have to pay twice as much to get the effect of X. Say you got Warbreaker Trumpeteer. You'd pay 4 mana as 2+2, so you'd only summon x (2) goblins. You have a xx cost for which I could show you?
