Basicly you want to pump as many spells into your Agent. Get him out early and just watch as your opponent has to sacrifice creatures. Aqueous Form allows you to keep constant dmg on your opponent, while also staying a step ahead with the constant scrying into your deck, and making it so that you can get the card your want for your next turn.
