Magic the Gathering version of Rome. It's bad and you might want to multiply the soldiers by a few thousand. Cavalry Master, Foot Soldiers, Elite Inquisitor, Honor and Palace Guard, and Elite Vangaurd= the regular soldiers, equites, and the elite soldiers. Darien, King of Kjeldor= the Roman Kings Sun Titan= Zeus Midnight Guard= the Night Watch and Gideon Jura= The Roman Emporer. I think that the other titans could be the other olympians.
