i would take out Nevinyrral's Disk. if you have Necropotence out Nevinyrral's Disk will destroy it. pluse you have Damnation. which should keep the person your playing under control. but i have never seen a deck like this before. so i may be missing a big point to that card.

wow i really like this deck. i just made a mill/discard deck olny i didnt go budget. whis i had seen this first. mind taking a look at mine and see what you think.thanks.
