I actually made the deck since i already had all the cards and I agree with draven74, i replaces pikes for inquisters flair, works so much better, i also added rouges passage as a land and added mizziums skin since it is an instant 1 drop hexproof, you should try it out, i took all the Pikes out and put 2 inquisters in, and 4 skins

Not sure how much destroy creature decks you will face but i would consider putting in ranger's guile 1 drop gives your creature +1 +1 and hexproof, definitely worth looking into

Yea i play tested it yesterday against a friends and your right flooding is only worth it 2nd turn or so but instead of cancel i put in 4 dissaptes and 4 jace's phantasms which you should consider greatly :)

Also maybe consider chronic flooding, 2nd turn could be really good considering lack of mana they would have free

Its nice to see a solid standard deck without planeswalkerd in it :) good job the only thing is cancel there are do many better standard spells than cancel at least running 4 anyways maybe a couple syncapates possibly

I like this, one because you don't have any planesWalkers which people always seem to think they need to win, and two you have a solid combo of colors and multiple ways to win
