My attempt at the Cheeri0s deck archetype, a bit more complicated (possibly unneeded-ly so.)A large difference between this and most Cheeri0s decks is A.) The win condition, using Storm Entities' Haste and one of a kind buff almost allows you to win the turn you start playing. 2.) Is Summoner's Pact, and the Pacts in the sideboard. Once a Pact is cast there's hardly a chance that this deck is going to come up with the mana needed to pay the upkeep cost, so, if you don't combo off right, it's game over.
Cheeri0s is completely based off Glimpse of Nature; if you don't have that and some way to get to a mana source... It's worthless (perhaps multiple mana sources and Personal tutor being the exception). The zero cost creatures are jokingly called the cereal. I really enjoy Summoner's Pact because it's another way to fetch a mana source if you just have Glimpse: via Elvish Spirit Guide. Or tutor Vine Dryad or a discard for Vine Dryad... Whatever the case it's almost never a 'dead draw'. Gitaxian Probe is a must in this deck I've found, It can basically tell you when to combo off since it peeks for Force of Will or Daze. Again, Storm Entity is your win con. Lastly, Scapegoat is essentially printed: (W) double your storm count. So, it's very nice here.
