Explain Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth

-Gives no bonus to you -> you only have swamps
-If an opponent has no swamp and needs one, you're actually helping him.

I've tried playing Quest for the Nihil Stone in a discard deck, and it doesn't happen often. I think Lilliana's Caress is way better.
