the body and mind is so small in power level compared the other swords. I'd rather have the kaldra set if i were to add more equipment. I think more enchantment love.
as someone who plays prime speaker zeegna edh i would have to disagree.
Prime speaker is good, but when most everyone plays the Eldrazi the power isn't good. Mill 10 and get a 2/2???? when I can play sword of fire/ice, feast/famine which do SO much more when they hit. I know the protection from green/blue is your main focus, my focus is the triggered abilities when I hit a player that are driving my decisions. My deck will run numbers on a slower general. With a first turn general that has so many power buffs its hard to keep up with that.
fair enough, i figured if your winning with general damage from a buffed general the pro would be your biggest concern.
But i have the other 4 swords that will give me the pro I need. Even if I get a pro blue against your deck that would be enough. I wouldn't need both protections to make it work. Also I need the extra ability that the swords provide. Draw, untap lands, make you discard, gain life, return a creature to my hand and deal extra damage. All of those make those swords the power they are. The pro is added bonus.
Coalition relic is just better than Darksteel Ingot, and while you wouldn't see the results in this sort of deck, I feel like strictly better items should have precedence :P Also, with your curve, I would cut back on the beefier guys, namely Karn. He's cool, but I'd rather have a precautionary Condemn (Weak Swords to Plow Shares) to save me from Zur or Kaalia (wouldn't really 'save' you per say...) early game. Just my thoughts.
I am thinking of completely changing the deck to be more delay (IE thalia, Sphere of Resistance, Thorn of Amethyst, Armageddon, Ravages of War). That will change the curve SO much. It means a lot that you would comment.
I've changed up the deck a lot. Please I need feedback. The idea of the deck is to cast a few good buffs on my general then destroy all lands so my opponent cant recover before i win. :-)
Maybe spear of Heliod, it would work nicely. Cheap and buffs everything ya got, and is a good removal. Like the deck

I feel like with as many land as you already have, the darksteel ingot really is kind of a wash. the only use it serves IMO is that its a little more land (but you seem to have plenty) and that it survives a Catastrophe. Its an artifact thats the same cost as Spear of Heliod, but only adds one mana. Where the spear gives you two major abilities.

I'm thinking of taking out extraplanar lens. with the low mana curve I don't think I need that. with two slots open what should i add?
Heliod, god of the sun would be swell (you mentioned that aleady i believe)
heliod is too slow. I want a card that will help make my general stronger or unblockable. That's what I need.
Hmmm. I agree, You could try Whispersilk Cloak for unblockable and shroud on your general. Quietus Spike would be cool too, especially in EDH.
i want something that doesnt take a lot of mana to use because if i blow up the lands i will do that pretty quick in the game so i have the upper hand.
