Interesting Deck idea, gotta love eldazi. Do you really need that many of the eldrazi in there? It seems by the time you have the mana to play them and with ancient stirrings you would only need three or four, not five. Also you should see my concept for some eldrazi ramp, I used elfs for mine. http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=310219

May I suggest replacing the elders for joraga treespeaker. Joraga comes out for one mana and for two mana levels up to a 1/2 with the same ability as the elder. Then can also level up to allow all of your elves to tap for two. My main reason for suggesting her is because she can be played for only 1 mana, then the next turn you can pay two to level her up then use her first ability. Essentially making the first level up almost free.
Interesting deck. I have some questions though. 1. Why is dissipate a sideboard? 2. Only two counter spells in the main deck? That, doesn't seem like enough to keep your deck consistent. 3. What strategies do you employ to protect yourself from speedy decks designed to win turn 3-5?
The main problem I see is that it has no counters or any other way to protect your maniacs. If someone were to doom blade the maniac in response to you playing a spell to draw your last card I'm reasonably certain you would lose.
