I'd put Immerwolf(3), Young Wolf(4), Gatstaf(3) & Pillar(4) in the sideboards along with 1 extra Daybreak Ranger... I'd drop Insta' Gang... Play 3 Kruin Outlaw & add 3-4 Huntmaster of the Fells!... 1 more Full Moon's Rise... ...1 more Volley... ...2 more Captive... ...1 more Spear... ...& 2-3 Bonfire...
