A deck that was originally blue + white when I built it and from the start it was used to counter artifacts way back during the Darksteel expansion by not letting any players have their most powerful artifact creatures in play. However, it has changed and become more of a random mill and bouncer deck. The general idea is to play the Sigil of Sleep enachantments upon the Thalakos Sentries and thus bounce a creature each turn. The counterspells are used mostly to prevent them from being removed from the game and if you run out, you can always just shuffle them into your deck again. The mask of memories are also attached to the sentries to allow at least a few extra draws every turn and thus an extra mill every turn for up to a total of 16 cards. Do keep in mind that while this is a substandard mill deck, its supposed to be fun to play AND to play against, hence no "I win on round 3" combos. I prefer my games to be interesting.
