Deck Description

This deck uses mana fixations and an infinite combo to help win the game, to help against counter decks I've added a few cards to help with that, in total to win the game, the earliest is turn four, under the right conditions of course.

How to Play

First be sure to have "Skirk Prospector" on the battlefield, then you may play "Vexing Shusher", or something similar, then play "Pashalik Mons" and "Conspicuous Snoop," with "Goblin Anarchomancer," of course there are different conditions to see (different decks), so after that, you must play "Goblin Recruiter" to put "Kiki-jiki" on top of your library, then copy "Conspicuous Snoop" with its own abilit from "Kiki-jiki," doing thant for as long as you like, to sacrifice as many you'd like with "Skirk Prospector," while dealing damage to ANY target with "Pashalik Mons," but of course, "what about counter decks?" you might ask, that's why I added "Vexing Shusher" to help with such a problem

Deck discussion for Infinite Goblin Chaos

You will still need something like Goblin Chieftain to pull of the Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker+Conspicuous Snoop combo, as the Snoop only copies activated abilities, so Kiki's haste isn't copied.
602.1. Activated abilities have a cost and an effect. They are written as [Cost]: [Effect.]

Also you set the legality for the deck to Modern, but use Goblin Tutor and Goblin Recruiter

it says all activated abilities, and haste is an ability, and is activated, thus...

I hate to disappoint you but haste is a static ability.

From the official gatherer oracle on Conspicuous Snoop (https://gatherer.wizards.com/pages/Card/Details.aspx?multiverseid=485462)
23.06.2020: Activated abilities contain a colon. They’re generally written “[Cost]: [Effect].” Some keyword abilities are activated abilities and will have colons in their reminder text.

From the comprehensive rules:
702.10. Haste
702.10a Haste is a static ability.
