An EDH deck based on the new commander from Commander 2013, Nekusar, the Mindrazer. Help wanted.
You can use Nekusar's ability to either get 21 Commander Damage, use your spells to make people draw out of their deck, make people take damage from the number of cards in their hands(a lot), make people take damage from drawing, or hit people with powerful creatures that have power with the number of cards in hand, take your choice.
