Deck Description

FINALLY a Simic list that works in the meta and is fun to play. Courser of Kruphix is the missing 3 drop that these colors needed to work. I can't wait to get my hands on a playset.

How to Play

Ramp into Prophet of Kruphix and drop threats to win. Overloaded Rifts and turn 4 Kalonian Hydras are pretty solid win conditions. Zegana is good for reloading after the Prophet empties our hand onto the board. Kiora stops decks that rely on lone creatures like Blood Baron dead in their tracks and works well with Courser of Kruphix to prevent bad topdecks.

Deck discussion for Kruphix Midrange

nice build!

i dont understand the need for curse of the swine...why destroy your opponents creatures, and give them creatures back in turn?
its really late where i am and i cant think of anything to replace it with, but when i do ill post it here

again though awesome build

Thanks! Curse is only here because removal is very scarce in these colors, and I'll take anything I can get to get rid of opposing threats. Curse deals with blood baron, desecration demon, and especially gods. A 2/2 piggy that I can either block for days or eat up with a bigger creature is much easier to deal with than a larger threat. Plus cyclonic rift gets rid of them for good. Same here, btw. 3:32 a.m...what am I doing with my life. xD

same time zone, so were both in the same boat!
anyways i just always preferred to return to hand or top of library, then counter when they try to come back out but i guess that really wouldnt jive with a simic build would it?
