If you drop Sanguine bond, diabolic tutor, and feast of blood the deck would be standard legal. I would replace those with some more burn and kill spells. Also, Blood Artist is a fantastic vampire, as well as Vampire Nocturnus, and they are both type 2 legal as well :)
I feel that you have too many three-drops, especially for your land base. You're going to find yourself spoiled for choices on third turn, but you'll be very, very vulnerable until then. I'd suggest dropping some of your 3 drops (I suggest all the Rakish Heir, one Ripper and one Nighthawk) and adding in two more Stromkirk Nobles and 4 Blood Artist. Also, you need more removal, otherwise your vampires are never going to get bigger. Drop the Exquisite Blood and Sanguine Bond for Mizzium Mortars (which you can use to either remove a fat blocker or wipe their entire force).
I would remove/ replace some creatures here to add some removal and draw-spells "Bloodcrazed Neonate" could be replaced with "Bloodghast" "Erdwal Ripper" cc3 for a 2/1, even with haste, is too weak. You could try "Markov Blademaster" though I would also remove this one, as he is also too slow, and needs to much support "Typhoid Rats" a 1/1 dteahtouch is nice, but won't benefit from vampire buffs. If you want a black cc1 drop, try "Vampire Lacerator" or "Pulse Tracker" Greetings Muktol
