It's basically a modified Precon Commander Deck, aiming for a Rogue Tribal / Mill Deck. I've tried to include Prowl cards where feasible, and tried to optimize the rest. (e.g. replacing Master Thief with Thieving Skydiver, Obelisk of Urd with Coat of Arms, Scourge of Fleets with Zareth San, the Trickster, Scytheclaw with Cloak & Dagger...)
It's a fairly aggressive deck, and you want your Rogues on the attack all the time. I usually try to make sure that at least one Rogue per opponent connects, milling them and drawing me a card (hopefully, screw you Kess...). Once my opponents' graveyards have some juicy targets, it's time for Zareth San, Sepulchral Primordial, Whispersteel Dagger and their ilk. Depending on available targets, I've occasionally reanimated some of my own stuff. Given that card draw is pretty consistent whenever Anowon is on the field, you're going to be casting spells pretty often. (unless Kess...) That makes Consuming Aberration a *HOOT*. Seriously, if you have it hexproofed or shrouded, all it needs to do is sit on the field, mill your opponents, and threaten to be a big-ass blocker and/or beatstick. Same goes for Altar of the Brood; you'll probably drop at least one or two permanents per turn (Hello there, Bitterblossom...). Toss in Syr Konrad, and you have a hilariously effective mill-pain-machine. I'm always open for ideas and improvements, feel free to comment! (especially on what to cut for Altar of the Brood...)
