Deck Description

There are a few basic combos. Stuffy Doll and pariah\'s shield. Hit stuffy doll with shivan meteor for a whopping 13 damage directly to opponent. Deck discussion for Stuffy Voodo Deck

It seems to me that Lightning Blast is a four cost spell and Isochron Scepter only copies two cost instants. I would sub in Lash Out or Lightning Bolt. With Lash Out you have the chance to hit for six and check out what the next card will be and get rid of it if you do not like it. And loose the Urza's so you do not get stuck waiting for the right color mana. Out side of that looks good to me.

Yes, Isochron Scepter doesn't seem to be getting much use in your deck when you only have 1 spell (extirpate) to use it with.

Also, your lands should follow your deck. You're gonna have a lot of trouble getting out enough mana for Underworld dreams. The underworld dreams + teferi's box combo is nice, but it doesn't follow your stuffy doll theme.
