Deck Description

This isf my deck, I want to play at a tournament on sunday. Because of that i thought about some changes, which bring more consistens in it. I would like you to give me any response and ideas to improve its effectiveness.
Here are the main winpossabilitys:
Option 1: Turn 1: Delver
Turn 2: Transform > Attack > Ponder > and maybe another Delver
and so on...
Option 2: Turn 1: 1-mana-drop
Turn 2: 1/2x1/2-mana-drop(s)
Turn 3: Architect > tap 3/4 blue creatures for Steel Hellkite, the Emperion or the sword and attch
Option 3: Now Talrand joins (hopefully) our party. In Turn 4 so that I maybe in Option 1 or two I get out Talrand and finish them by overrunnig with spells.
I hope for some ideas, response and many suggestions so that i may win the tournament. Please also have a look at my Sideboard because i have no idea for boarding good counters to special T2 decks.
Thanks for comments,
Gaius_Ultima
Note: I only used cards, that i have got at home.

Deck discussion for About Talrand, Delvers and Architects

quick question are you planning on thought scouring yourself or your opponent, mental misstep is very strong for this as people ARE going too want to pillar of flame your delver, if you are thought scouring yourself you may want too consider rune chanters pike?
also vapor snag instead instead of unsummon in your side board :)

if you could help me out, would be great
