Artifact deck with black splashed in.
Put a Foundry Inspector out by turn 3, then start putting the Modules out at reduced cost as quickly as possible: Animation, Decoction, and Fabrication. Trigger their combo and start hoarding energy counters. You'll need them for later. Then try to get one or two Chief of the Foundry out to prepare for Electrostatic Pummeler entering the field. Have his base buffed up from 1/1 to 2/2 or 3/3. Then, when you use your hoarded energy counters you can buff him up very quickly at instant speed. If you have enough energy counters, stack the enegy ability he has a couple times inorder to deal maximum damage to your opponent. Finally, use Live Fast to pull cards and continue to hoard energy counters while you wait for missing components to all these combos. Use Subtle Strike to weaken opponents creatures and buff your own so that you can take down their heavy hitters. Tidy conclusion can be used to axe creatures you have no hope of defeating with your own and gaining life very quickly with the piles of artifacts you have littering the field. The Chronomaton is a nice little treat because you can use its "Pay 1 and tap to put a +1/+1 counter on Chronomaton" ability to trigger the Module combos instead of using the "Pay 4 and tap: You get an energy counter" ability from Fabrication Module to trigger the modules. It's a great way to manage mana useage.

NOTE: Set by owner when deck was made.
This deck is very synergistic. Electrostatic pummeler becomes a threat early on, distracting you from the insane amount of servos that pile up from comboing. Builds up very quick, and is hard to stop. It’s like a hydra, every head is equally dangerous, and cutting off one head won’t set it back. It just keeps comboing.

Only suggestion I'd make is taking away the Tidy Conclusion for something less mana heavy. Or at least dropping it from 4 down to 2.
