Have you considered perhaps a chandra, the firebrand for this deck?

This deck actually feels like a variation on my own pure blue "polite" mill deck which I often play with. It looks completely solid to me, but personally i would take out the counterspells, and replace them with some sort of milling oomph. I find increasing confusion, or perhaps chill of foreboding to be nice. I would probably take out the counters and put those in. Shore up your defenses then spend a turn or two on the increasing confusions.
I'm trying my best to keep in in the standard area, I realize it's not quite there, but I plan to make small changes here and there, rather than a complete overhaul when i need it to be standard. I exchanged the chandra's spitfires for priest of urabrask, to aid in creature mass, or to be able to play my shrines much earlier with out slowing me down much.
Thrumming Stone.
I have a card for you sir.
Also, burst lightning is great. A shock that turns into a lava axe if needed. And if you are worried about draw, then temple bell, font of mythos, or howling mine
I play a different kind of burn. My legacy burn is heavy on Rain of Embers, Volcanic Fallout, Slagstorm, and Breath of Darigaz. That way I can kill enemy creatures, while keeping up the damage per turn. So that i keep their life lower than mine, I use Ball Lightning, spark elemental, lightning bolt, shocks ect... to deal damage. i generally win on turn 5-6 unless i'm playing against elves or something ridiculously creature heavy. So maybe think about mass damage like that to keep enemy creatures in check, and then follow up with a goblin guide, and a lightning bolt.
I feel the need to ask why you put bant panorama's in this deck.
Now this is just retardedly creepy. I was going through card kingdom, thinking about a spider deck, and i currently have a cart that is almost identical to what you have here. No joke at all. The spiders are cheap so i figured it might be handy to have an anti-flying deck around incase somebody gets uppity with sphinxes or something.
Not trying to insult it or anything, but i don't understand how this deck works at all
