Besides locking down your opponent, you need a win condition. Serra Sphinx (Serra Angel in blue) could work. Also, more than one way to bounce the Stasis. Rescue, Boomerang Thirdly, a Stasis deck runs on Islands, so more ways to produce blue mana OR ways to get Islands back into your hand. Daze, Thwart, Ensnare all work here. What about Quest for Renewal? Untap your stuff during his turn, attack with some creatures, untap them again in his turn... etc.
