Hey looking at ur deck, just thought i'd say that there is no interaction between waste not and necromancer's stockpile. Also if u want this to be standard, consider the rotation, with cards like liliana's reaver rotating out. If you arent worried about the rotation i highly reccomend you add in some shrieking afflictions, for some much-needed finishing power.

You only have 10 discard spells to 4 waste nots, (i don't count reaver or vess because there is a good chance that their hand will be empty before they come into play) that's a very high support card to active card ratio. Does it work?
