dude, tramautize I would take out, it takes far to long to use and if your deck is going at the rate it should, then it quickly becomes and overpriced milling card. Odds are by the time Ive got 5 mana they lost over half their deck. My advice is that a good milling card should remove about 5 cards for every mana it costs. Additionally you may want to add howling mine to accelerate the cards you get. Its also save the game for me a few times.

you seriously need bloodghasts as well, they are the best creature in the vampire arsenal (not counting nocturnus) as they can be brought back with a land and are the enemy of control decks

I'd remove rend flash and replace it with hideous end, same mana cost for same effect and causes controller to lose 2 life. I your worried about playing a black deck then sideboard unmakes, they are a great fall back plan

Err... I'm considering it a sideboard because when I play my friends who have creature based decks I usually have the 2 vampires needed, but against control, it's pretty hard. My advice sideboard them out as it's a good card but depends on the type of deck your playing. Additionally you might want to sideboard 4 unmakes into your deck as kill spells like doom blade and hideous end are useless against black decks. Possibly even sudden death against counter spell decks because of split second (Just suggesting).
