It's pretty good, I have a straight, not entirely soldier, boros deck that I've never uploaded that could probably out pace it, though not necessarily beat it long term. My only advice would be a spirit mantle for your double strike dudes, making them basically unblockable, and murderous blockers. Also from experience I don't think you will need 4 preeminent captains.
