you know this deck is very close to be standard legal, are there not standard replacements for anticipate, bone saw, and cathar's shield?

I don't think that this combo actually works. When you start the process by putting a -1/-1 counter on a 1/1, the token will die and the Nest is Scarabs will trigger at the same time that the Blowfly Infestation will. Since you have to choose the target for the infestation before the nest makes a token, the combo would not be able to continue.

This deck seems fun! I don't know how it would perform in a competitive environment, but I do have a suggestion: Smallpox. It's proven good in modern 8-Rack before and is in general a great value card, especially in a deck like yours.

Here's my opinion:
1. No need for the Temple of Enlightenment. Prairie Stream is fetchable and mostly will enter untapped, and Irrigated Farmland is also fetchable, but can be cycled then gotten back with a titan.
2. I prefer having more copies of Emeria, being the namesake card and helping make the lategame so hard to beat. They are especially important when you are running mainboard Supreme Verdict (which is not at all a bad thing). While on the subject of lands, I might try to find room for an extra two. 23 is the sweet spot for me.
3. Right now your list is very much control. You have Mana Leaks, Negates, and Ojutai's Command mainboard- I would suggest cutting some of those, starting with the Negates. You also have Fiend Hunter, Oblivion Ring, Detention Sphere, Path to Exile, Blessed Alliance, and Supreme Verdict all mainboard. Considering the fact the Emeria is always playing value creatures, I would suggest keeping the paths and d-spheres (and maybe 1-2 verdicts) main, Blessed Alliances side, and cutting the rest if possible.

Here are my other suggestions on what might want to go in:
- Gideon of the Trials is extremely hard to deal with when you have Sun Titan out. 1-3 in the 75 should be considered.
- Filigree Familiar is a great value creature- gains you life, and then draws a card. In my UW Emeria strategy, I usually would use all of my early game creatures as chump blockers, making the familiar great.
- Reflector Mage is always a great card, especially in this deck.
- Many underestimate it, but Reveillark is a personal favorite piece of tech. Its just another way to recur creatures while also deterring attacks. In addition, in the builds I played (which were mostly value-based, not control-based), Mortarpod is impossible to beat when you have a reveillark with an online Emeria.
- Maybe consider Inquisitor Exarch instead of Lone Missionary...? I have always used the missionary, but both work. Depends on personal preference.
- If you go on my value plan (with the Reveillark and Mortarpod and all that crap), Phantasmal Image is great! Just think of it like this:
1. Play it copying Sun Titan (yes, a two mana Sun Titan). Start Generating Value.
2. Equip to Mortarpod, but it's trigger will make you sacrifice it instead. This is what you want.
3. Get it back with your original titan or a Reveillark, copying either one.
4. Continue repeating all these shenanigans until you opponent regrets all their life decisions and concedes the match to go cry in their pillow. VALLLUUUUUUUUUUUUUEEEEE
- Spell Queller is great value especially is a creature based deck. That is, if you still feel the need for counter support.

As you may be able to tell, I have tested with UW Emeria way too much, and I love the build that I have described to you. As I am not currently playing it, UW Emeria is such a fun deck to play; please tell me how you feel about these edits and the deck in general!

This list is sweet! I have my own vampires list for standard, but it os more budget, meaning I don't use Metallic Mimics, and Fatal Push is replaced by Walk the Plank. With my testing this is what I suggest:

-4 Sanctum Seekers. Absolutely insane.
-4 Gifted Aetherborn. It may not seem like much, but it is the definition of value and the deathtouch acts as another removal spell. I can't tell you how many games I have won from these.
-Your curve is a bit high. I would suggest taking out Vona and and a couple Call to the Feast.
-Don't be afraid to activate the Adanto's Vanguard's ability. All the tokens have lifelink, and the four life is rarely relevant.
-If you happen to fight control a lot, don't be afraid. A flipped Legion's Landing gives incremental value which helps a lot, and then a couple of Bishop of the Bloodstained is enough to close out the long game.

I will test with some of your cards I haven't used yet (like the Anointed Procession and Vanquisher's Banner), but this is my advice from my well-performing deck. Please tell me what you think of my advice, and also my list, here:

This is supposed to be modern legal, hence no Dark Ritual. As for the demon, Griselbrand is just more powerful with the life gain and especially the card draw.

This deck is very weak to disruption and was just a fun idea, so adding Westvale Abbey as a third wincon is a good idea... Thanks!

That is true. I just wanted to clarify that there was a reason (regardless of how viable that reason was).

The change wasn't made to neuter the original split cards, it was made to stop the new aftermath cards from being abused.

On a different note, once upon a time I might have actually built a budget list using these mechanics, so I too am a bit disappointed. This was a really cool interaction that wasn't nescisarilly game ending.

I haven't seen some of these before, but there is one more that you are forgetting that a ton of people used: Brain in a Jar with Beck // Call. For some time, Brain in a Jar decks were quite popular (not necessarily tier, but fun), and one of the best interactions was to use Beck // Call to get 4 1/1 flyers and draw 4 cards, to then keep abusing the Brain in a Jar.

I love the idea of this deck, vomiting out your hand quickly for a combo kill. My only concern is, as previously stated, you need card draw. I tested with it a little, and after turn 1/2, you have nothing. You get hosed by control decks. Instead of thoughtcast though, my suggestion is another combo-like card: Vendalken Archmage. I know that it is a bit expensive with your tempo, but it makes you able to throw so much of your deck onto your library so quickly. I suggest that you get rid of the Simian Spirit Guides in favor of archmages; they are a bit useless in your build.

All in all, nice build! Seems like a ton of fun!

Also, because of how much tapping/untapping you have, it may be good to add a couple of [[Prodigal Sorcerer]] or something else that can utilize all of the tapping/untapping of you don't have the wake thrasher.

This is a highly synergistic deck. I love tempo decks like it. Although not tier in modern, still seems like a ton of fun! It's also not too bad in terms of cost, being "budget" compared to most modern decks. That is coming from someone that really only manages on a budget. Great job!

also i forgot you need to add some guttersnipes or young pyromancers. i prefer guttersnipe, but both work really well (also both can be picked up with Sun Titan).
