Its a potent deck idea and has a strong foundation but I feel yould be much stronger focusing on your main idea rather than losing a lot of card slots for a titan that really is not likely to be a game breaker in the deck. Birds, though nice, wont really make a lot of difference in a match late game and will have little benefit if not out on the first draw. Secondly Garruk, hes nice to have but by turn 4 with such a low mana curve.. you will be hard pressed to be needing the mana by turn 4-5. Depending on an extremely easy to kill creature for refreshing your hand may work some games but only having 4 in the deck really limits you. Id advise going with at least 2 more mesa enchantresses for the card drawing and more O-ring/ JtN as a means of dealing with anything your opponent manages to put out there. Just my 2 cents
