I agree with Liamcd123, you definitely need more one drops, maybe even 2. Things like gather the townsfolk are extremely helpful. Any token producers work great.

I would add 4 vampire nighthawks and 4 vampire nocturnus/nocturni, how ever it is spelled. and maybe 3 murder, although i do like how you have 3 of each, or at least almost 3 of each, i do the same :D
Ive always wanted to do a deck like this, i have yet to put it together. Im sure it would be loads of fun!
Ive played my own deck similair to this, actually, almost identical, but once that Jace hits the board, they just mill. you dont really need defense due to the fog banks, four are enough to stay alive long enough to be able to kill their library. AND the fact that you dont need counters on Jace is quite nice, simply use the 0 ability, it takes about 4 turns until theyre milled out since you only have 60 cards. I do like the idea of tamiyo, really fun to play with :D
I completely agree Phan7asm, i personally have a white weenie deck that i run, ive changed it a bit, so check it out!! its on my deck list but its not updated. I also drew an Ajani, Liliana, Chandra and lilianas token for my first box c:
