I think it's probably too slow, the arclights are good for if you whiff while going off.But then again the deck isn't exactly "good" I just wanted to jam the pheonix in a deck
I would definitely put it in, but I believe that the whole deck is really not cut out for modern, because of all the exile cards
Good thing it's a legacy deck then :P
